In the event your choice of item is sold out, you will of course be provided with a full refund, but first we will attempt to contact you and offer you an alternative.

Orders can only be delivered within Australia and New Zealand.
We do not accept orders directly via the internet.

We endeavour to despatch all orders from our Sydney Warehouse within 21 days from receipt of order.
All orders delivered to Australian addresses will be sent via Australia Post Receipted Delivery Service and customers will be required to provide a daytime delivery address and contact phone number including an area code. We regret no deliveries can be made to P.O. Box Numbers.
Freight is based on the total dollar value of the items chosen. Please note that some large orders and bulky items may require an adjustment to quoted delivery charges. You will be advised of any such adjustment prior to despatch of your order.

RETURNS REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We will gladly refund, credit or exchange any goods which are found to be faulty or not as specifically ordered. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless the goods we send you are faulty or we have made some error. GARMENT CARE INSTRUCTIONS
We are committed to offering only top quality merchandise. All our garments come with specific care instructions. It is important to always consult these before laundering.
Although our 100% cotton knit fabrics are pre-shrunk, it is always wise to allow for some shrinkage under your specific washing conditions.
Remember to wash all dark colours separately. Do not leave coloured garments together when wet, and always dry out of direct sunlight.
Never bleach, wring, tumble dry, iron or dry clean items of swimwear. Always rinse well in clean water after use. Drip dry in shade. Warm hand wash with mild soap. Do not pack or store when wet or leave rolled up in wet towel. Beware rough surfaces. Avoid use in heated pools and spas. Fluorescent colours will fade over time.
